At Belashi Sports Hub, we value your satisfaction. If you're not fully happy with your purchase, this Refund Policy explains the conditions under which refunds, returns, or exchanges can be requested.

 

1. Eligibility for Refunds

We accept returns or refund requests only under the following conditions:

• You received the wrong item or defective/damaged product

• The product is unworn, unused, and in its original packaging

• You report the issue within 48 hours of delivery

• Proof of issue (like photos or videos) is provided via email or WhatsApp

 

2. Non-Refundable Situations

We do not offer refunds or returns in the following cases:

• You ordered the wrong size or style by mistake

• You changed your mind after delivery

• The item has been used, washed, or altered

• Any customized or personalized jerseys

Please check size charts carefully before ordering.

 

3. Return Process

To request a refund or replacement:

1. Contact us at belashisportshub@gmail.com or WhatsApp within 48 hours of receiving your order

2. Share your order ID and photos/videos of the issue

3. Once approved, we’ll arrange a pickup or guide you to return the product

4. Upon inspection, we’ll notify you if your return is accepted

 

4. Refund Method

• If eligible, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item

• We do not refund shipping fees, unless the item was defective or incorrect

 

5. Exchange Option

We may offer an exchange if the product is defective or if the wrong item was sent, based on stock availability.
